“Well, I finally received my 7.4….
In short, it’s all good ! Level access is no problem. The easy qualifier is not an exaggeration. She has a good carrier nose and width seal the deal. It took me 20 minutes to fall in the first session (74 kgs this morning on the scale).
For the rest : very good glide, in the wave as rowing. I had the memory of the Shake that not moving too much, then it’s really over. The overall impression is the shortboard feeling, it’s pretty special. One senses a short thing underfoot, who has a burning desire to turn. I felt a little unsettled at first. I spent a year on a 7.8 and I can tell you that a few inches apart feel tremendously. In 7.8, the curves are broader, more progressive support, the tempo is slower. This board is very lively and it turns to the slightest touch. So much that we must rethink its surf, and get used to the pace. I still need a few sessions to say more.
For now I will tell you that this Curve is a great shape, very successful ; do something as short, both easy, fast and strong is not so simple, and this time Bravo Mr shaper. To have tried a lot of other brands this year, no SUP gave me this feeling. I have not tried everything either .. !!
